Doug Lambert brings more than 30 years of experience in finance, strategic planning, and wealth management. He approaches wealth management as both an art and a science, combining technical expertise, disciplined analysis, and creative problem-solving to help clients make thoughtful decisions about their wealth.
Doug specializes in tax-efficient investing, analytic finance, retirement income strategies, and multigenerational and philanthropic wealth transfer. He has also developed innovative financial models used by thousands of advisors nationwide to build tax-efficient investment portfolios and wealth transfer strategies for their clients.
Doug earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a BA in Economics from Whitman College, and is a graduate of Eastside Catholic High School. During his junior year at Whitman, he was awarded a fellowship to Booth, which has been ranked the #1 business school in the world by The Economist magazine. While at Chicago, he studied finance and portfolio theory under the guidance of Nobel Prize–winning economists and served as a graduate-level teaching assistant.

Beyond his professional work, Doug has served his community in many ways. For five years, he was a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician with Tiger Mountain Fire and Rescue. He has also coached the King County Special Olympics Golf Team and taught Sunday school.
Doug is a lifelong hands-on learner. He is a landscape enthusiast, an avid woodworker who apprenticed under a master craftsman, and an O-gauge model railroad hobbyist. He also qualified for and competed in the U.S. Triathlon Series National Championship and, for 25 years, played 100 holes of golf on the summer solstice.
Doug and his wife, Lisa, have been married nearly 30 years and live in Redmond with their golden retriever, Ranger. They have two grown sons. Their oldest son, DJ, is also an advisor with Eagle Strategies.
