Shelly brings decades of client service and operational experience to the team, with a strong focus on organization, responsiveness, and relationship management. She works closely with clients to help coordinate the many moving parts of financial planning and insurance service, helping ensure a smooth and attentive client experience.
Prior to joining the firm, Shelly spent nearly 30 years working in a family-owned high-end jewelry business, where she developed a deep appreciation for personal service, attention to detail, and long-term client relationships.
Shelly earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Biola University. She also completed an Administrative Assistant Certificate program through North Seattle Community College, and holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, along with a Washington State Life and Disability Insurance Producer license.
Outside of work, Shelly enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Cooper. Her interests include baking, cooking, experimenting with new recipes, traveling, photography, and participating in activities with her longtime car club. She is also active in her local church community.
A lifelong enthusiast of classic Mini automobiles, Shelly has been involved with local Mini clubs since the early 1970s and owns two Classic Minis that have been part of her family since 1961 and 1978. She also enjoys collecting Mini memorabilia and once showcased part of her collection at the Washington State Fair Hobby Hall.
