Sinem Matthews

Director Of Operations

Originally from Turkiye, Sinem relocated to the United States in 2014, driven by a passion for growth, continuous learning, and the pursuit of meaningful opportunity. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Turkiye, where she began her career across several industries; including a role as a Collections Specialist with one of the country's largest telecommunications companies.​

In 2016, Sinem joined New York Life Insurance Company as an insurance agent, building a strong foundation in financial protection planning and client relationships. In 2020, she joined Frank Sultonov at Oxus Wealth Strategies, initially in a support role, and has since grown into a key leader within the practice.​

Education and Background

Sinem holds a Life and Health Insurance License, and — driven to expand her expertise on the investment side of the practice — has also earned her SIE and Series 7 securities licenses. Today, she serves as Director of Operations at Oxus Wealth Strategies, where she oversees the firm's day-to-day operations and client service experience. She continues to progress toward becoming an Associate Financial Advisor.​

Personal Life

Outside of work, Sinem is drawn to adventure, personal growth, and new experiences — a fun fact is that she learned to ice skate at 35. She is also passionate about content creation and enjoys sharing experiences and creativity through digital media.​
