Frank Sultonov is the founder of Oxus Wealth Strategies, a Financial Advisor with Eagle Strategies LLC, and a Member Agent of The Nautilus Group®, based in Manhattan. He specializes in advanced life insurance and wealth strategies for high-net-worth families and business owners, with a particular focus on premium-financed life insurance — helping successful entrepreneurs build and transfer wealth without diverting capital from the businesses and real estate that drive their growth. Around that anchor, he coordinates estate and tax strategy, asset protection, retirement, and investment planning, working alongside clients' CPAs and attorneys to deliver one integrated strategy rather than a collection of products.​

Education and Background

Frank holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in comparative law and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in business law from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and brings over a decade of experience in finance and strategic planning. His background in law shapes how he structures complex cases and stress-tests every strategy — building in clear exit plans before a client ever commits.​

Outside of work, Frank enjoys traveling, boating, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.​
